A holistic approach to wellness is the most powerful, covering many bases at once through a variety of systems, from yoga to mindfulness to meditation and beyond. These approaches weave seamlessly together, creating a beautiful, balanced whole. At the Prana Berlin Center, we teach techniques that incorporate all three, but focus on one at a time primarily.

Meditation is scientifically proven to benefit physical, emotional and mental health. It reduces stress, controls anxiety, promotes emotional wellness, enhances self-awareness, lengthens attention spans, can minimize age-related memory loss, encourages kindness and understanding, can help fight addictions, improves sleep, controls pain and decreases blood pressure. That is a world of benefits for a simple, enjoyable, relaxing practice.

At the Prana Berlin Center, our meditation classes are enhanced with the addition of esoteric Asian traditions that are rarely taught in Europe. We teach how to access the subtle mind, a layer of perception and experience not accessible to the untrained. Doing so can beneficially manipulate our subtle body, with positive outcomes that are physical, emotional and mental.

Forms of meditation should be specifically targeted to activate forces of our subtle body, in order to positively impact our health. For this reason, we do not teach “generic meditation” but are highly selective in which techniques we borrow from various traditions—Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist and modern—to prepare ideal recipes for the wellness of mind, body and spirit.

Our meditation classes are available for beginners and advanced participants. Some are silent and still, others dynamic and more physical. You’ll learn to arouse your kundalini, direct your chakras and access your subtle body, activating your subtle nervous system and enhancing the flow of prana within you.
