Do you know how to breathe?

Of course, you might think. But there are two ways of breathing, a fact recognized by Asian traditions but rarely considered in Europe. You breathe to live, sure, but there is also a force called “subtle breath” that is present and can be harnessed, though perhaps you have never given it a thought. This is the breath that connects us with all living forces around us, with life’s deeper forces and powers, even with the very principle of all-animating life-force itself.

At the Prana Berlin Center, an institution promoting the vision of kundalini expert Shai Tubali, we believe that activating and enhancing this “subtle breath” can greatly benefit your health and potential: spiritual, emotional and physical. “Prana” is the energy that runs through what is referred to as our “subtle nervous system” and, as such, is the driving force of our “subtle body.”

Do not be concerned if you are unfamiliar with these concepts. These principles have their roots in ancient Asian practices that are thousands of years old. The beauty of them is that they can be taught and applied with relative ease. Passing on these teachings is the goal of the Prana Berlin Center, founded to promote the transformative, healing powers of the “subtle body.”

Our center gathers the most powerful therapies and healing methods that promote the physical body, emotional balance and mental strength, all of which comes through activating and cultivating the “subtle forces” of our being.

Our center gathers the most powerful therapies and healing methods that promote the physical body, emotional balance and mental strength, all of which comes through activating and cultivating the “subtle forces” of our being.

These subtle forces include:

  • Life-Force, from whence our center draws its name. Prana is Sanskrit for the all-animating life-force that sustains all living beings in all of their activities: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Prana may be equated with the concept of Chi in Chinese medicine.
  • Chakras, These are energy centers the function of which has enormous implications on our physical, psychological and spiritual well being.
  • The Subtle Nervous System, particularly its so-called “central channel.”
  • Kundalini, which is a fluid-like substance residing in the central channel that is responsible for our psychological and spiritual transformation.
  • Subtle Fields, also referred to as layers of consciousness, which are responsible for the expansion and broadening of our mind from the limited view of life that most of the world experiences to a potentially limitless, liberated inner vision available only to advanced practitioners of these esoteric techniques.

So many of us search, sometimes desperately, for the correct keys to unlock the doors that lead to personal, spiritual and psychological freedom, health, balance and resilience. These keys lie deep within us. They are already there, within the subtle structures and energies we all potentially possess, we just need a little help to find them. That is what the Prana Berlin Center is there for. We are here to teach millennia-old esoteric techniques in a way that they can be applied by anyone to improve their lives today. We heal from deep within, invoking powers that we already possess. We’ll lead you to your own keys so that you can remove the locks.
