Holistic Health and Therapy

Pra • na – [प्राण, prāṇa] Substantiv, (m.)

The Sanskrit word for breath, “life force,” or “vital principle” that permeates reality on all levels

Do you know how to breathe?

Of course, you might think. But there are two ways of breathing, a fact recognized by Asian traditions but rarely considered in Europe. You breathe to live, sure, but there is also a force called “subtle breath” that is present and can be harnessed, though perhaps you have never given it a thought. This is the breath that connects us with all living forces around us, with life’s deeper forces and powers, even with the very principle of all-animating life-force itself.

At the Prana Berlin Center, an institution promoting the vision of kundalini expert Shai Tubali, we believe that activating and enhancing this “subtle breath” can greatly benefit your health and potential: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. “Prana,” similar to Chi in Chinese medicine, is the energy that runs through what is referred to as our “subtle nervous system” and, as such, is the driving force of our “subtle body.”

So many of us search, sometimes desperately, for the correct keys to unlock the doors that lead to personal, spiritual and psychological freedom, health, balance and resilience. These keys lie deep within us. They are already there, within the subtle structures and energies we all potentially possess, we just need a little help to find them.

That is what the Prana Berlin Center is there for. We are here to teach millennia-old techniques in a way that they can be applied by anyone to improve their lives today. We heal from deep within, invoking powers that we already possess. We’ll lead you to your own keys so that you can remove the locks.

Established by Shai Tubali in Berlin in 2015 and co-managed with Noga and Jan Muller, the Human Greatness Center (formerly known as the “Chiro-Yoga” center) is dedicated to the realization of the greatest human potential at all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Our philosophy is inspired by luminaries from a vast variety of traditions and schools, and led by Shai Tubali’s principle of Human Greatness. Shai considers Human Greatness to be life’s purpose. All our activities are guided by the vision that human beings are destined for greatness. All we need to fulfill this promise is the right guidance and tools. Anyone can unlock the latent greatness within them. It’s just a question of learning how to do so.

Philosophy

Human Greatness is a school of thought and a way of life through which anyone can become the greatest possible version of themselves. We at the Human Greatness Center are here to help you on your journey to being the best possible you. We humans are the bridge between the material and the spiritual. We are meant to be both human and super human at the same time. We believe that, as humans, we are meant to embrace life in all its dimensions. We believe that spiritual transformation is the foundation of a life of action and full engagement. We organize all aspects of life into seven centers of being. We perceive them as equally valuable and vital to spiritual transformation.
